A perfect addition to any sleep routine or the go to for when you want a calming and restful atmosphere. Dilute and use on your neck or feet before going to bed to promote a restful sleep or diffuse for a perfect tranquil experience.*
Uses
Diffuse at night to promote restful sleep for adults and children
Dilute and rub on feet or shoulders to help wind down or promote healthy sleep in adults or children
Diffuse at evening or during time you want a serene environment
Use while practicing peaceful yoga or meditation
Dilute and place on wrists or neck to help promote relaxation
Topically: Dilute 1-3 drops and add to area of choice
Aromatically: Diffuse 4-7 drops in diffuser
Settling may occur, shake before use.
