Description

A small evergreen shrub, Rosemary is often used in cooking as an herbal flavoring that goes with a wide variety of dishes. Rosemary oil has many benefits that have been studied from aiding digestion to supporting a healthy memory. Rosemary is a very stimulating essential oil affecting the physical body and mental acuity in a rejuvenative energetic way. With a herbaceous and full aroma, Rosemary is wonderful for use in cooking and blending with other oils, or to help ease tension when taken internally.*

Uses

Diffuse for a full herbaceous aroma to help aid concentration

Take internally to help aid fatigue, stress, and to support and healthy internal environment

Use in cooking for a full and aromatic Rosemary flavoring

Internally: Add 1-2 drops in 8 oz of water, or in empty capsule

Topically: Dilute 1-3 drops and add to area of choice

Aromatically: Diffuse 4-7 drops in diffuser
