Description

Peppermint is a hybrid plant originating from water mint and spearmint. With a high menthol content, it is a sharp powerful minty oil. Peppermint is often used as a flavoring and in oral hygiene products. With a prized background of use to help the stomach, it can also be used internally or topically to support the digestive system. When topically used, Peppermint has a cooling effect. Diffuse to bring a sharp and refreshing aroma that can bring focus to any room.*

Uses

Put 5-7 drops in a diffuser to cool and refresh any space

Take internally to help alleviate gastrointestinal issues

Add to any recipe for a cooling and minty twist

Combine a drop with Orange for a great motivating smell

Internally: Add 1-2 drops in 8 oz of water, or in empty capsule

Topically: Dilute 1-3 drops and add to area of choice

Aromatically: Diffuse 4-7 drops in diffuser
