Description

A tall long grass plant, Lemongrass is used in culinary creations all over Asia. While added for its flavor and ability to help digestion, Lemongrass may also help promote a youthful appearance due to its ability to tone and cleanse the skin. With an earthy and citrusy smell, Lemongrass makes a wonderful addition to many diffuser blends and skincare practices. Try using Lemongrass in massages or in your diffuser blends for an uplifting and herbal aroma. With an exceptionally strong aroma, Lemongrass has a positive energetic effect on the mind and emotions.*

Uses

Add to dishes that call for Lemongrass for a powerful and uplifting taste and aroma

Combine with equal parts coconut or carrier oil for a relieving massage to aching muscles or joints

Diffuse 5-7 drops for a clean, earthy aroma, and to promote a healthy environment

Internally: Add 1-2 drops in 8 oz of water, or in empty capsule

Topically: Dilute 1-3 drops and add to area of choice

Aromatically: Diffuse 4-7 drops in diffuser
